Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking to fill an Entry Level position to perform daily accounting and office tasks that will support our financial team.

The Accounting Specialist’s responsibilities include answering calls, entering financial data into our internal databases, and assisting the CFO as needed. If you have an interest in accounting or are pursuing / have earned an accounting degree and would like to gain entry level experience in accounting and tax procedures, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Performing varies accounting functions.

• Clerical work following office policies and procedures.

• Must demonstrate attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

• Bilingual in Korean / English preferred

• Ability to multitask and communicate with employees, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous, professional and timely manner.

• Must be able to work independently and with confidential information.

• Detailed Orientated
