It is in 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with a shared kitchen and living room. (You can use own bedroom and private bathroom.)
Full furnished with all utilities included (Internet (wi-fi), TV, electricity, water, in-house laundry, fridge, desk, chair, drawer, closet) 
Current room rent is $989, but I am willing to negotiate!
Extension of lease is possible.
The location is very nice, near the Georgia Tech campus and MARTA station and Publix.
