We are looking for a reliable Logistics Assistant Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time.

 

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Schedule shifts for our drivers and warehouse staff
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Verify logistics costs for Finished Goods
• Monthly Internal and External warehouse stock counting
• Reporting stock counting result

• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

 

Requirements

• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of related logistics experience
• Bilingual in Korean and English required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in use of PCs and related software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system is preferred.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
