MAJOR FUNCTION & QUALIFICATIONS

1.     
Need
to understand Melsec-Q Series and LS-Electric PLC programs.

2.     
Need
to be capable of troubleshooting and correcting the program logic after finding
errors by root-cause analysis.

3.     
Capable
of coding Melsec-Q Series, LS-Electric program logics.

4.     
Correction
knowledge and experience for LS-Electric Servo Drive Parameter.

5.     
Whenever
the servo issue happens, replace the servo and set up the program from the
backup.

6.     
Replacement
skill for touch PC with backed-up program.

7. Plant-wide, all PLC programs need to be restored on a needed basis.

(Melsec-Q Series, LS-Electric PLC,
LS Servo Drive)

8.     
Understanding
pneumatic and hydraulic mechanisms and workflow.

9.     
Initial
robot and other plc teaching capability after the initial installation for productivity
and quality enhancement.

10. 
Inverter
(Mitsubishi, LS-Electric) Parameter update capability.

11. 
Fanuc
Robot, ABB Robot teaching knowledge and experience

12. 
Understanding
of the interface between the ABB Robot program and the PLC program.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Assumes
other duties as assigned by Sr. Production Manager.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

1. Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
2. At least 7 years of working experience in a manufacturing plant in an electrical engineering-related field.
3. High school diploma or similar educational background.
4. strong work ethic for teamwork.
5. Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
6. Keeping good attendance for working hours.
7. Ability to lift at least 50 LBS in the plant.
