Safety Manager and Driver Recruiting

Responsabilities

​​-Working closely with departments throughout the company to oversee risk management programs and implement best practices to reduce risk and mitigate loss

​​-Evaluating claim data, carrier recommendations and individual findings relative to processes or practices that are placing the organization at 

   risk and how to respond to those risks

​​-Prepare submission information for insurance policies that provide both Domestic and Int’l Coverage 

-​​Interface with brokers and insurance company personnel to secure the best possible coverage for the company

-​​Supporting loss control and risk assessment functions in the company’s business areas.

Requirements:

​​-Experience in handling incidents, claims and litigation management.

-Strong understanding of insurance contracts and insurance renewal procedures

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Local Drayage Dispatcher/Customer Service

Responsabilities:

-Coordinate with customers and schedule local deliveries accordingly.

-Orginize and Schedule D/O’s in a daily basis

-Maintain/Dispatch all drivers in a timely manner.

Requirements:
-Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office)

-Excellent communication skills

-Must be able to Multi-task

-Must be orginized and independently able to work in a fast-paced environment

-Bilingual in Korean is a plus but not required.

-Prior experience in transportation industry is a plus but not required
