마약 살 돈을 주지 않는다며 함께 살고 있는 어머니의 집에 불을 지르려 한 조지아 남성이 경찰에 체포됐습니다.
클레이턴 카운티 경찰에 따르면 지난 9월 15일 필로폰을 투약하고 약물에 취한 채 집에 돌아온 칸 팸(사진)은 어머니에게 마약 살 돈을 달라고 요구했습니다.
하지만 팸의 어머니가 돈을 줄 수 없다고 하자 팸은 집에 불을 지르겠다고 위협한 뒤 실제로 작은 불을 내고는 이 과정에서 자신의 남동생과 다툼을 벌인 것으로 알려졌습니다.
이 사건으로 팸은 범죄적 재산피해와 무절제한 행동, 테러 위협, 폭행 등의 혐의를 적용 받아 수감됐으나 지난 13일 보석금을 내고 풀려났습니다. 하지만 법원의 자택 접근 금지 명령에도 불구하고 팸이 집으로 돌아가 필로폰을 투약하고 잠들어 버리자 경찰이 다시 출동해 구속한 것으로 전해졌습니다.
