한편 송이는 신문 등 종이에 싸서 냉장 보관하고, 씻을 때는 짧은 시간 내에 씻어 건지는 것이 좋다. 오래 두고 먹으려면 송이 하나 하나를 은박지나 신문지로 싸서 냉동실에서 강하게 얼린 뒤 비닐팩에 넣어 보관하면 됩니다.
