플로리다키스 지역 한 수영장에서 의식을 잃은 채 발견된 조지아 출신 2세 여아가 응급 구조대 헬기에 태워진 채 마이애미 병원으로 긴급히 이송됐습니다.

플로리다 먼로카운티 셰리프국은 지난 금요일(9일) 오전 11시경 매라쏜시 코코플럼 드라이브 선상 한 렌탈 하우스 수영장에서 물에 빠져 의식이 없는 아이를 발견했다고 밝혔습니다.  아이와 가족들은 이곳에서 휴가를 보내던 중이었습니다.

수사팀에 따르면 어른들이 잠시 한눈을 파는 사이 아이가 사라졌고 조금 지나 수영장 물 속에 빠져 있는 아이를 목격하고 즉시 건져내 심폐소생술(CPR)을 실시한 것으로 알려졌습니다.

아이는 먼저 인근 피셔맨스 병원으로 옮겨졌으나 상태가 심각해 마이애미 니클라우스 아동병원으로 또다시 이송됐습니다.

경찰은 이들 가족이 조지아 커밍시에서 왔다고 보고했습니다.

한편 아이의 신원과 현재 상태는 아직 전해지지 않고 있습니다.
